2. Information we collect
- Account data: when you register or sign in, we process identifiers and profile details you provide (for example display name, username, avatar, and email where applicable) through our authentication and database providers.
- Content you post: GIFs, titles, tags, comments, likes, saves, follows, and similar activity you choose to submit are stored to operate the social features of the platform.

- Support messages: if you contact us through the contact form, we store the details you send so we can respond.
3. How we use information

We rely on infrastructure and authentication vendors (for example Supabase and hosting providers) to run the product. They process data on our behalf under their terms and safeguards. We do not sell your personal information. Public content you publish (such as posts and profile fields you make visible) can be seen by other users as part of the service.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as your account exists and as needed for legitimate business purposes (for example security logs or legal obligations). You may delete certain content or your account where the product supports it; some records may persist for a period in backups or where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and careful sharing of personal data in public posts.
7. Children
Gifease is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, please contact us.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the service you understand that such transfers may occur as part of normal operation of cloud-hosted software.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
